CONRAD maintains high standards of excellence in ethics and compliance and adheres to Eastern Virginia Medical School (EVMS) policies as well as the applicable laws and regulations in the countries in which we operate or fund activities. CONRAD requires its staff, collaborators, and contractors to comply with said policies and applicable laws. Further, CONRAD activities follow the EVMS code of conduct, which requires staff and collaborators to conduct all research with integrity and intellectual honesty at all times and with appropriate regard for human and animal subjects. In addition, all business practices must be conducted with honesty following the principles of fairness, good faith and respect to all those involved.
CONRAD has a long history of collaborating with academic institutions, global health organizations and other HIV and reproductive health organizations. Additionally, we subcontract with device and drug manufacturers, laboratories and other vendors.
